Error Fixes

At launch, tool crashes and displays error message which states "The code extension cannot proceed because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem".

Some of our tools require "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1" to be installed on the users devices in order to prevent the above error!

For 64-bit version of Windows, it is recommended to install x86 and x64 versions of "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1"!

At launch, tool crashes and displays error message which states "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

The above error probably means that some system files from the Windows OS are corrupted, and in this case, the "msvcr100.dll" files from "System32" and "SysWOW64" folders may be corrupted.

In order to fix this error, try to Install\Reinstall\Repair the "Microsoft Visual C++" version mentioned above.

If the above solution doesn't work, try to manually delete the "msvcr100.dll" files from "System32" and "SysWOW64" folders, then try the above solution again.

If none of the above solutions work, it probably means that other system files are corrupted and the Windows OS itself needs to be updated or fixed\repaired.
